In its latest technological breakthroughs, Honest Intelligent utilized the core 300*300mm "three-piece set"—coating machine, VCD flash drawer, and layered furnace annealing oven—combined with a Class 1000 cleanroom and a constant temperature and humidity environment, successfully completing prototyping of 210*105mm heterojunct bottom cells. After rigorous testing, the uniformity and stability of the battery film formation reached industry-leading levels, earning full recognition from partner customers and marking a major advancement for Honest Intelligent in heterojunction cell fabrication processes.

The laboratory is equipped with two professional coating machines: one focused on coating single 300*300mm cells, and the other is a laminated coating device, efficiently meeting the precision film formation needs of different battery structures. Among them, the newly introduced VCD flash extraction equipment significantly improves extraction efficiency and vacuum stability, combined with precise temperature control processes of layered annealing ovens, providing comprehensive protection for battery performance.
