Job Responsibilities

1. Primarily responsible for the R&D and design of equipment projects;

2. Independently complete solution design and cost accounting according to customer requirements, and conduct technical communication with customers;

3. Make judgments on functional mechanisms, independently complete the selection of standard components and calculation of design parameters;

4. Guide assembly and debugging technicians in installation and debugging;

5. Responsible for solving technical difficulties in the mechanism during equipment operation.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in mechatronics, mechanical design or related fields; with rich experience in automation equipment design;

2. Experience in designing coating machines, extrusion, slitting and related equipment, and priority given to those who have independently completed whole machine design and have R&D experience in coating equipment;

3. Familiar with parts processing, process documentation, equipment assembly, debugging and improvement;

4. Proficient in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks drawing software;

5. Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; good communication skills, innovative thinking and team spirit;

6. Experience in coating, film laminating, film peeling, etc. in the 3C industry is preferred;

7. Proactive and highly motivated at work.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design & Programming: Responsible for electrical schematic design of coating equipment, PLC (e.g. Siemens/Mitsubishi) and HMI program development.

2. Core Algorithm Implementation: Write high-precision constant tension control, EPC (edge position control), unwind/rewind and other core process programs;

3. Debugging & Optimization: Responsible for on-site installation and debugging of equipment, solving electrical and software issues, optimizing process parameters to meet production requirements;

4. Technical Support: Provide electrical technical support to internal and external parties, write technical documentation;

5. Technology Research: Track and apply new industrial automation technologies to improve equipment performance.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in Electrical Automation;

2. Familiar with PLCs and servo motion control from brands such as Siemens/Mitsubishi, able to independently complete project debugging;

3. Capable of independently completing electrical design and programming debugging for medium to large automation projects;

4. Able to prepare electrical component BOM, design, write and modify conventional automation PLC programs;

5. More than 5 years of experience in electrical design, installation and debugging of automation equipment, and production-related experience;

6. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills for complex technical issues, able to adapt to short-term or medium-term domestic and international travel for on-site debugging;

7. Good team spirit, communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to follow and complete the work arrangements of the company's electrical control director;

8. Basic knowledge of roll-to-roll coating programming, experience in 3C industry programming is preferred.
