Roll-to-Roll Coating Equipment

This equipment is specifically designed and developed for mass production of flexible substrate perovskite solar cell thin film coating.

The system consists of a winding system, coating system, air knife system, oven system, control system, and inspection system. It can coat flexible substrates with a width of 400mm, equipped with an 8-12 meter precision oven, integrating precise coating and efficient annealing. It is suitable for pilot and mass production, helping to achieve efficient and stable mass production of perovskite devices.
