Laboratory Blade Coater

The laboratory blade coating equipment adopts Siemens PLC control and a Siemens high-precision servo motor drive system, a precision self-developed blade device (with digital real-time display, made of 316L corrosion-resistant stainless steel), an imported air knife, a sample stage with both adsorption and heating functions, and a self-developed control system. It is also compatible with wire-wound rod coating to complete the rod coating process. While ensuring coating accuracy, it meets performance requirements such as repeatability and durability, enabling the preparation of micron-level functional film layers.

Compared with similar products on the market, this equipment features higher accuracy, better stability, and ease of use. It is a cost-effective laboratory coating device widely used in university laboratories and R&D institutions.
