The R&D roll-to-roll coating equipment can be applied to research and development experiments in fields such as flexible electronics, photovoltaics, and perovskites. It can coat flexible substrates such as PET, PI, steel foil, and aluminum foil with a width of 150-200mm.

The equipment consists of a winding system, coating system, air knife system, oven system, and control system.

This equipment integrates an enclosed coating space and an online drying oven, automating the entire process from unwinding, coating, drying to rewinding, precisely controlling film thickness and uniformity, providing a stable and reliable experimental platform for new material development.
