Imported precision coating die (Slot Die)
The equipment is equipped with a Japanese precision gear pump and high-end coating die head, delivering precise liquid supply and stable operation. It is compatible with carbon nanotube slurries, perovskite precursors, fuel cell catalytic slurries, and other multi-viscosity materials. It can improve edge defects in large-area perovskite coating, reduce ineffective coating area, ensure uniform film formation over large areas, and support GW-level mass production of perovskite.
Carbon nanotube (CNT) conductive coating solutions
The company has independently developed a slit coating process, optimizing liquid supply and cavity structure, overcoming challenges in carbon nanotube aggregation and thin coating to form films, adapting to mass production of various carbon nanotube conductive layers, with outstanding cost-performance ratios that meet the production needs of laminated and flexible perovskite conductive layers.
High-precision metal adsorption platform
Metal Adsorption Platform
Self-developed precision vacuum adsorption platform with micron-level smooth substrate clamping, preventing panel warping and deformation, ensuring uniform thickness for large-area coating, suitable for mass production of large-size perovskite and hydrogen fuel cell membranes, and suitable for various photovoltaic scenarios.



The three core components are modularly combined and used together, forming a full-spectrum precision coating hardware solution for mass production at the →GW scale, from laboratory pilot → pilot scale, covering the entire process of green energy new materials.
