The two-day conference agenda focused on the entire chain of perovskite technology R&D and industrialization, covering macro strategic planning, basic materials research, and large-scale mass production pathways, as well as cross-industry integration in frontier fields such as aerospace applications, consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, light-emitting displays, and detection sensing, providing a comprehensive analysis of industry development opportunities and core challenges.







The event focused on in-depth discussions on core topics such as "AI-empowered material R&D and process optimization," "large-scale mass production of flexible perovskite cells," and "key breakthroughs in perovskite tandem technology," marking the industry's transition from the laboratory validation stage to a critical window for high-quality industrialization.

Since laying out the R&D of perovskite slit coating equipment in 2016, Honest Intelligent Technology, as one of the first domestic manufacturers of perovskite coating equipment, has built a product matrix covering the entire lifecycle of perovskite technology from "0 to 1" scientific research exploration to "1 to 100" large-scale mass production, maintaining a consistent approachEquipment + process dual enginesPrecisely matching the needs of all scenarios:

Relentless Cultivation:

Refining coating technology to help perovskite explore the star sea

In the conference's special session "Current Industry Development and Aerospace Application Prospects," Director Cui Chengnan focused on space photovoltaics as the ultimate application scenario and deeply analyzed the core fabrication challenges of perovskite cell space-based applications. Space photovoltaic systems deployed in geostationary orbit can continuously collect solar energy 24 hours a day, with an energy density 5-15 times that of the ground. They offer advantages such as energy stability, cleanliness and pollution-free coverage, and flexible global deployment. However, extreme environments place strict requirements on cells for ultra-lightweight, ultra-thin, ultra-stable, and highly radiation-resistant cells.

Compared to traditional crystalline silicon (weak radiation resistance, heavy weight, temperature tolerance) and cadmium telluride (radiation-sensitive, cadmium easily sublimates), perovskite cells have become ideal candidates for space energy due to their high conversion efficiency, light weight, radiation resistance, self-repair, and insensitivity to defects. The core bottleneck for space applications lies in achieving uniform, precise, and high-speed coating of ultra-thin functional layers at the 3-10nm level on large-area, ultra-thin flexible substrates.




Leveraging Honest Intelligent's more than ten years of perovskite coating technology accumulation, Director Cui systematically dismantled the pain points of coating processes across different technical routes such as single-junction rigidity, single-junction flexibility, and crystalline-silicon stacking, and released targeted breakthrough plans:


Solving the problem of ultra-thin substrate flatness

Innovative use of a 5μm-level super microporous adsorption platform, combined with online real-time thickness measurement and high-density adsorption technology, adapting to coating GAP height, effectively improving warping of large-size glass and wrinkles in ultra-thin materials, eliminating coating dead zones and local delamination; Preferably 0.03-0.1mm UTG ultra-thin glass with low heat shrinkage PET/PI substrate, improving dimensional stability from the material side.


Overcoming the bottleneck of flexible roll-to-roll (R2R) processes

Through full-process fluid mechanics and thermal field simulation optimization, equipped with negative pressure vacuum chambers, multi-stage independent tension closed-loop control, slip-free precision transmission, and high-precision correction systems, it solves issues such as ultra-thin film tensile deformation, electrostatic breakdown, thermal shrinkage, and winding defects; Combined with X-ray online thickness measurement, real-time film thickness feedback regulation is achieved.


Optimize the coating efficiency of rigid/stacked cells

A tunnel oven is used to anneal the SAM layer and the post-passivation layer, improving the accuracy of hot air turbulence control; Optimized fluid mechanical design for large-area VCD processes to ensure uniform negative pressure extraction and nitrogen pressure retention; Multilayer batteries use CCD visual inspection and AI alignment to automatically correct tolerances, simultaneously improving coating precision and production capacity.
