Elites from industry, academia, and research gathered on site, clearly pointing the development direction for China's photovoltaic technology toward high efficiency, low cost, and space-like capabilities.

In his speech, Mr. Cui profoundly pointed out that space photovoltaics are the ultimate application scenario for photovoltaic technology, with core demands being extreme lightweight design and ultra-high radiation resistance. Compared to traditional crystalline silicon cells, perovskite cells are becoming the new favorite in space energy thanks to their light weight, radiation resistance (self-healing properties), and high conversion efficiency.

However, "ascending to heaven" is harder than "entering the earth." The space environment imposes nearly stringent requirements on battery fabrication: controlling the flatness of ultra-thin flexible substrates (UTG/PI films), uniformity of large-area wet films, and the fabrication precision of ultra-thin thin layers (3-10nm) are all major gaps in industrialization.

Facing these challenges, Mr. Cui demonstrated on site Honest Intelligent Technology's accumulated high-precision coating technology system over more than ten years:

• Microporous adsorption technology:

  To address the issue of ultra-thin glass (0.03-0.1mm) being prone to warping, Honest Intelligent innovatively uses a 5um-level super microporous adsorption platform, combined with online thickness measurement feedback, to achieve perfect leveling of the substrate, completely solving the "dead zone" and "wrinkle" problems.

• Full-process fluid simulation:

  For flexible coil-to-roll (R2R) processes, fluid dynamics simulation and hot air simulation design are used to overcome industry pain points such as tension control and uneven solvent evaporation.

• Intelligent detection and correction:

  By combining CCD automatic detection and AI algorithms, high-precision alignment coating of stacked cells has been achieved, significantly improving yield and production capacity.
